General Description
·Responsible for dealing with incoming customer enquiries and ensure customer satisfactory is met
·Collaborate and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure clients' requests are delivered and supported to the agreed service level
· Assist in project management as assigned by the superior.
Key Responsibilities
•Responsible to handle client enquiries, requests and complaints of the assigned accounts
•Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs, confirm the job requirements, deliverables, timeline and stationeries required of both ad-hoc job orders and BAU projects
•Provide onboarding service and ongoing post-sales support to clients
•Follow up with clients on payment and AR ageing cases to achieve the target result
•Conduct regular client meetings to collect feedbacks and updated requirements for continuous improvement
•Responsible to arrange with clients on audit / onsite health check / RFQ / BCP drill request
•Attend service delivery team regular meeting to follow up the assigned duties and implement the necessary actions
•Require to work on the initiatives that support the objectives, key results (OKR) of Service Delivery Department
•Support ad-hoc projects and any duties as assigned by the superior.
