Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to ensuring our customers receive their hampers on time and in perfect condition. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Process all online orders accurately and promptly.
- Coordination: Liaise with the production team to ensure hampers and gifts are prepared correctly and on time.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Customer Service: Handle incoming calls related to product inquiries, order status, and service recovery.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to orders, including delays, incorrect shipments, and customer complaints.
- Service Excellence: Play an active role in delivering service excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and providing consistent quality customer service.
- Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers on incoming queries, ensuring timely and effective execution of customer orders, handling stock allocation, processing of delivery orders and invoices.
- General Admin: Responsible for any other general administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in order processing, logistics, or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
- Problem-Solver: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently.
