SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE (EXCLUDING FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES)

Job Scope:

  • Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within a market segment by effectively selling the company products.
  • Promotes and secures orders from existing and potential customers through a relationship-based approach
  • Always communication by calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
  • Coordinate and liaise with suppliers to acquire competitive price and service as well as products in good quality
  • Maintain a CRM system to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Reporting to management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth
  • Gather and analyze data to develop insights that drive informed decision-making
  • Continuously improve sales skills through training, workshops, and self-directed learning
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client interactions, sales activities, and outcomes
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and industry best practices

Job Requirement:

  • At least diploma in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years working experiences in sales or marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Ability to create and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies.
  • Knowledge of target audience analysis, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges
  • Attend to emergency call and able to work during public holiday or weekend
  • Willing for travel for on-site client meetings
  • Willing to travel islandwide with own transportation arrangement.
  • 6 working days per week
