Your contributions to our joint success
- Responsible for planning, developing and administering all aspects of the group fitness and instructor training programs.
- Supervising the group fitness instructors and operations of the group fitness department to ensure the highest level of programming and customer service.
- Develop onboarding/orientation programs to cultivate a culture of continuous learning for new instructors.
- Provides ongoing training, mentoring and evaluation of group fitness instructors and classes.
- Works closely with Area/ Branch Managers to ensure a high level of member participation in the group fitness program.
- Review, analyse and improve business processes and systems to achieve higher productivity and results.
- Source, network and partner with potential business influencers to deepen market penetration
