Job Description
Administrative Support:
- Managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
Communication:
- Acting as a liaison between executives and stakeholders.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
Project Coordination:
- Assisting with project planning and logistics.
- Coordinating meetings and events.
Team Collaboration:
- Supporting other administrative staff.
- Undertaking special projects as assigned.
Requirement
- Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma with prior EA experience in healthcare
- Able to commence work in short period of Notice
