Responsibilities:
- Follow up on customer enquiries, agents & complaints
- Arrange trucking, transportation & collection
- Co-ordinate & monitor shipment with carriers and clients
- Process custom permit
- Process booking for shipments with shipping lines/consol & prepare shipping documents
- Ensure all cargoes are send in good condition and if any damage shall revert to customer immediately
- Keep Sales Personnel informed about their bookings
- Assist with billing, input job reference and closing jobs
- Support in all aspect of sales and operational activities
Requirements:
- Min. NITEC/Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or any relevant field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships
- Bonus if possess 1-2 years of Customer Service experience in the shipping/freight forwarding industry
- Experienced with export documentation and shipping systems, such as online booking, declaring custom permit
- Able to speak in Mandarin Chinese to liaise with Chinese counterparts
