Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to enquiries via phone / email
- Arrange cargo shipments
- Prepare shipping documents eg. Packing list, Order, Commercial Invoices, Shipping Labels etc
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Ensure proper filing for all the shipping documents
- Coordinate with internal and external parties & monitor shipment
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Min. Nitec in Logistics / Transportation or equivalent
- Prior relevant working experience would be highly advantageous
- Bilingual in Mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking associates
