INTERNAL AUDITOR
One of Singapore's established MNC Manufacturing company specializing in total supply chain solutions for Engineering plastics (synthetic resins).
Location: Central (Bendemeer), 8 mins walk from Boon Keng MRT
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri), Office Hours (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Remuneration Package:
- Basic up to S$ 4500 MAX
- Performance Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops detailed objectives and work procedures for each project together with Head of Internal Audit.
- Carry out internal audit activities including Operational, Financials, Human Resources, Administration, Manufacturing and Information Technology etc.
- Identify weaknesses in control activities and make value-added recommendations for process improvement.
- Follow up and monitor implementation of internal audit recommendation.
- Prepare timely audit report to present the audit issues, risks and recommendations.
- Prepare appropriate and accurate work paper documentation in accordance with documentation standards maintained by Internal Audit Department.
- Support yearly J-SOX audit by external auditor.
- Undertake other types of advisory work such as internal control policy development, financial due diligence and investigations services.
- Conduct special audit as and when required by the Audit Committee or the Board of Directors.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and special projects/ reviews as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting with 2 years in accounting and auditing field experience
- Experience working with overseas entities will be an added advantage
- Mandarin written and spoken ability to liase with Chinese speaking clients
