* Handling customers' orders for aerospace parts.
* Monitor and follow-up for all purchase orders.
* Handle customers' complaints and provide solutions according to their requirements.
* Generation of reports and administrative duties.
skills and experience required
* GCE A'Level or Diploma in Business Administration.
* Min. 2-3 years of experience in supporting customer service in large multinational companies.
* Willing to work in flexible schedules
