The team creates a fun, warm and friendly shopping experience throughout the store by sharing their product knowledge and enthusiasm with our customers helping to answer questions, offering suggestions and walking our customers to the products they are searching for. Every one of our team members ensures our customers know that they are always welcomed and cared for here at Little Farms.
- Invoice Management:Ensure all trade invoices are received, verified, and posted in the Accounts Payable (AP) system.
Confirm submission and accuracy of invoices from Buying Admin Department and stores.
- Reconciliation:Reconcile store takings and validate various payment settlements (cash, NETS, Visa/MasterCard, Amex, etc.) to the bank statement.
Highlight discrepancies and unusual transactions to CFO/CEO.
- Tax Compliance:Obtain proper tax invoices for GST-subject local expenses and address any discrepancies.
- Approval and Documentation:Ensure non-trade invoices are approved by authorized managers before posting.
Maintain accurate filing of all documentation (cloud or hard copy).
- Petty Cash Management:Ensure complete documentation for store petty cash disbursements.
Follow up on missing documentation with Store Managers.
