My client is an Asia Pacific's leading provider of flexible workspaces for businesses, with close to 50 co-working locations across the major cities of South-East Asia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact at the respective centre to welcome and attend to members, clients, visitors’ inquiries professionally.
- Manage incoming calls and courier services, as well as correspond to emails.
- Assist with new/existing members move in setting up a studio and handling necessary studio reinstatement works.
- Manage daily operations and the facilities of the centre to ensure a conducive co-working space for members.
- Follow internal SOP to complete some related administrative work
- Assist the members with their events and initiatives in the centre
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year working experience in hospitality or service industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Friendly, cheerful and energetic
- Team player with ability to work independently.
