Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Conduct sales outreach and follow up calls with potential and existing clients, ensuring a positive and persuasive communication style.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the founder to align campaign strategies with the overall business objectives.
- Be a self-starter, capable of prioritizing tasks and working independently on initiatives without direct supervision.
- Grow and develop your team in line with company expansion and needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous in reporting.
