Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize the annual budgeting process for the Group.
- Provide financial advice to support operational management in daily business activities.
- Manage Group Cashflow management and ensure appropriate banking facilities are secured for the group to provide long-term funding, short term funding and trade facilities.
- Oversee and review of financial statements for SGX announcement on half yearly financial results and ensuring compliance with the Singapore Exchange (SGX) listing rules and regulatory authorities.
- Review and analyze current internal controls and practices.
- Recommend and implement any corrective or improvement actions where necessary.
- Oversee taxation matters for the Group.
- Review consolidation of monthly financial report and annual report.
- Review contractual finance related documents and liaise with lawyers as and when required.
- Collaborated closely with the Board of Directors and Audit Committee, providing regular financial result updates
Requirements:
- Diploma and/or Degree in Accountancy; Finance or equivalent
- Must have Audit and IPO Experiences
