Job description
- Provide a positive customer experience with friendly and courteous service
- Perform assigned duties diligently at the work station by observing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Weigh, clean and cut all types and sizes of live seafood/fish products for customers accurately according to standards and requirements
- Monitor and maintain freshness and quality of items
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, cleanliness, personal grooming and hygiene at all times
- Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements
- Good teamwork and is committed and willingness to learn
- Service-oriented
- Possessing knowledge in the various types of fresh produce and products will be helpful
- Possessing a Food Safety Hygiene Certificate will be a plus
- Required to be able to carry/lift heavy goods
- To work 6 days/week, including weekends & public holidays
