- 5 Days Work Week (Including Weekend)
- 3 Rotating Shift (Morning, Noon, Night)
- Location: Clarke Quay
Responsibilities:
- Perform guests check in or check out according to hotel procedures and service standards.
- Handles guests’ inquiries or complaints promptly while ensuring guest
satisfaction. - Perform cashiering and updating of guest records.
- Handles all incoming calls for guests or internal departments.
- Performs other related tasks.
Requirements:
- Able to work 3 rotating shift
- Possess experience in using Opera system will be advantage
