Location: Jurong East
Duration: 4 months
Salary: up to $3000 Per Month
Working Hours: Mon to Thur (8.30am to 6pm), Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing callers' needs.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and relevant information and assistance to address callers' inquiries.
- Arrange or reschedule appointments based on caller requests.
- Handle additional administrative duties for the hotline, such as managing emails, referrals, and emergency activations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective follow-up and resolution of requests.
Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- Experience in a contact centre environment is advantageous
- Singaporean only
