- Handling of AP, AR & GL functions
- Assist in updating records and data via Excel and accounting software
- Process month-end closing activities, quarterly GST submission
- Performing thorough bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reports
- Prepare for monthly general ledger journal and closing activities.
- Perform Draft Financial Statement
- Assist in external audit matters
- Process company insurance policies and license renewal
- Assist with any other assigned administrative duties as required.
