Job Description
· Manage and organise the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
· Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
· Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
· Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required.
· Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all tasks.
· Assist in the preparation and organisation of corporate documents.
· Coordinate directly with the HR, Finance, and Marketing departments to facilitate smooth communication and project management.
Day-to-Day Activities
· Checking emails and correspondence.
· Scheduling and confirming meetings.
· Document preparation and management.
· Liaising with different departments and stakeholders.
· Conducting research and reporting on assigned topics.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role for 5 to 7 years.
- Applying work pass and documentation process.
- Strong proficiency in Gmail Suites,Google Slides, Google Doc, Google Sheet, Email, Whatsapp, Employment Hero, Xero, and Shopify.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality.Handle MOM activities. Familiar with MOM, ICA,CPF rules and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Type and Location
· Salary Range: $6500 - $9500 per month, depending on experience.
· Full-time position.
· Location: Flexible (with preference for candidates who can work in proximity to our main offices for occasional in-person meetings).
