Job Description
1. To assist collection counters in issuance of certificate and transcript to students.
2. To assist with administrative duties that includes:
- Filing and compilation of documents for current students
- Retrieval and return of student p-files when needed from the compactor for audit purpose
- Retrieval of Terminated, Withdrawn and Graduate files from the compactor.
- Preparation of certification letters
3. To support other adhoc tasks allocated.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level
- Focused
- Meticulous
- Able to complete the task within the timelines given
WORKING HOURS
- Standard Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30 to 5.30pm
- 5 DAYS WORK WEEK
