Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Graphic Design Project Assistant Manager to lead a group of project executives and designers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. The role involves managing external photographers and videographers, both locally and overseas, developing comprehensive project plans with clear timelines and resource allocation, and overseeing day-to-day project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads a group of project executives and designers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Manage external photographers and videographers vendors overseas.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Manage day-to-day project activities, including task assignments and progress tracking.
- Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost control.
- Quality check and approval for projects before assigning to HOD
