Job Description

· Position Title: Supply Chain Manager/Logistics & Procurement Manager
· Working Hours: 6 days, Monday – Saturday (9 am – 6 pm)
· Salary Package: Up to $6500 + $100 (Travel Allowance) + Variable Bonus
· Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
· Strategically plan and execute the company’s supply chain operations.
· Manage the purchasing and logistics teams, including budgetary responsibilities.
· Track and report on key procurement and logistics performance indicators.
· Analyze and optimize inventory management to improve turnover and working capital.
· Enhance purchasing strategies to meet goals related to delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.
· Oversee logistics to ensure accuracy in delivery and inventory management.
· Lead vendor management including selection, negotiations, and contracting.
· Foster strong relationships with suppliers and logistic partners.
· Ensure regulatory compliance and adapt operations to meet customer needs effectively.
· Identify and address process bottlenecks, recommending improvements for operational efficiency and ISO compliance.
· Undertake additional tasks as required.
Requirement
· Bachelor’s or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
· Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP. And Class 4 driving licence with forlift licence.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Excellent teamwork capabilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
