Duties and Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the customs service process for relocations. You will work collaboratively with your supervisor to deliver day-to-day functions, including:
- Identifying, assessing, and meeting customer needs to ensure a smooth and efficient customs experience.
- Providing a positive customer experience by exceeding expectations and fostering satisfaction.
- Building strong and trusting relationships with clear and open communication.
- Delivering accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing appropriate tools and methods.
- Handling customer complaints by providing timely solutions and alternatives, followed by resolution confirmation.
- Maintaining accurate customer interaction records, processing accounts, and filing documents.
- Adhering to established communication protocols, guidelines, policies, and SOPs.
- Managing customer engagement and expectations throughout the pre-move, move day, and post-move customs service phases.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
