This role is a key position within the Innovation & Curation team, focusing primarily on partnership management. It offers an unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the Innovation & Curation team by building and managing strategic partnerships.
The main function entails:
- Overseeing the sourcing and onboarding of vendors for curated programs
- Negotiations and ensuring that onboarded partnerships align with the organization's goals and standards
- Cold callings and attend to networking events to expand the partnership network with potential vendors
- Recommend and implement appropriate pricing strategy to attract potential vendors for partnerships
Requirements:
- A degree in business/hospitality/tourism with min 2 years of experience
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Able to perform under tight deadlines
- Able to work on weekends/PH when required
- Some overseas travellings may be required
