Job Description:
· Attend to drivers’ enquiries via the various channels: walk in, call in & email
· Handle office administration and liaise with cabbies who required assistance
· Assist in communication with drivers via SMS, email, etc
· Prepare daily and monthly report
· Other job duties when assigned
Job Requirements:
· Diploma
· Basic command of English
· Proficient in basic Microsoft office (PowerPoint,Excel, Word)
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Knowledge of dialect is preferred
