Requirements:
- Singaporean / Permanent Resident
- No experience required, training will be provided
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Posses a sense of Professional working attitude
- Flexible, friendly and pro-active approach
- Proficient in English language, additional language would be a bonus point
- Able to multi-task and work within deadlines
Job Descriptions:
The key duties and responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
- Attend to enquiries via Phone Call, Email, WhatsApp and Walk In
- Checking and marking of class attendance
- Handle daily and monthly accounts
- Handle reports/paperwork
- Organizing Company Events
- Selling of Leotards/Handgrips – Monthly stocktake required
- Ensure tidiness of the front desk area
- Proficient in MS Office application, especially MS Word and MS Excel
- Supporting with invoices processing and purchase order
Working hours:
- 44 hours per week
- Able to work on both Weekends, Saturday and Sunday;
1 fixed off day per week, during the weekdays
