- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to new and existing clients to showcase services and benefits.
Event Planning and Management:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate with event planning and operations teams to ensure client specifications are met.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and event outcomes.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, revenue generation, and market engagement.
- Handle administrative tasks related to event bookings and client billing.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests before, during, and after events.
- Resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction.
