TCM Clinic Receptionist cum Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist TCM physicians and health advisors during consultations, ensuring efficient patient care.
  • Perform receptionist and administrative duties including patient registration, appointment scheduling, answering phone inquiries, data entry, and filing.
  • Provide basic information about TCM, healthcare, common ailments, and offer brief explanations of treatment plans and products.
  • Conduct regular stock-taking of clinic supplies and coordinate with external vendors for logistics.
  • Accurately update billing records and reconcile daily collections.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness and perform housekeeping tasks.
  • Potentially work across multiple clinic locations as needed.
  • Be open to training for higher-level responsibilities.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • GCE 'N' Level / GCE 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting, or in healthcare product sales, is advantageous.
  • An interest in and knowledge of TCM and healthcare is a plus.
  • Healthcare-related certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on patient satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic IT knowledge and ability to assist with data entry and CRM systems.

  • 准确更新账单记录并对每日收款进行核对。
  • 负责诊所的日常运营管理。
  • 保持诊所的清洁和进行日常清洁工作。
  • 根据需要在多个诊所地点工作。
  • 愿意接受培训以承担更高层次的职责。

要求与资格:

  • 拥有 GCE 'N' Level / GCE 'O' Level / NITEC / Diploma 学历,至少2年相关工作经验。
  • 具有诊所或医疗环境工作经验,或医疗产品销售经验者优先。
  • 对中医和健康护理有兴趣和了解者优先。
  • 拥有相关医疗保健认证者优先。
  • 出色的人际交往和沟通能力。
  • 强烈的客户服务意识,注重患者满意度。
  • 能够同时处理多项任务,并在快节奏的环境中工作。
  • 具备基本的IT知识,能够协助数据录入和使用客户关系管理系统。
