BUDGET SPECIALIST | INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATION | TAX BENEFITS
Our Client is an eminent multilateral not-for-profit International Organisation set up for the betterment of social equality through the research of third world demographics. The objective is to advance civil and financial progress by working with in-country private-public sectors, academia and NGOs. The Organisation has enjoyed the hospitality of the Singapore administration where it has set up its headquarters in the country.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a single contributor role tasked to manage the budget life cycle and Enterprise Risk framework. This includes having a thorough mastery of the financial numbers, working with the stakeholders to understand requirements, the related policy issues and work with management to achieve the buy-in of the sponsoring stakeholders.
The successful candidate should be an accountancy trained professional with 7-10 years in finance budgeting within the public related sector, agency, administration or non-for-profit. Enterprise risk management experience is desirable but not required.
This role will be suitable for someone looking who is comfortable being hands-on in excel, with the personality to work through a consensus driven multi-nationality public-sector like environment.
