Role Requirements
- Comfortable in conveying conversations to customers in English & Chinese.
- Provide accurate information to customers about products, services, and promotions.
- To conduct customer satisfaction surveys and feedback calls.
- Must be able to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Other language will be advantageous.
- Min. 2 years experience in customer service role, preferrably in a outbound call environment.
Salary and Renumeration
- $2000 - $2200 (depends on exp)
- 14 Days Annual Leave

- 5 Days Work Week, Monday - Friday
