Responsibilities:

Operations

  • Led a team of Senior Managers and Foodcourt Managers to achieve sales targets and overall outlet performance.
  • Guided Senior Managers, Foodcourt Managers, and F&B Supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations of food courts and coffee shops.
  • Provided leadership and set directions, ensuring the operation team adhered to company SOPs and operational workflows.
  • Maintained good working relationships with landlords, relevant authorities/agencies, and stall tenants.
  • Assisted inspectors from authorities such as NEA, SFA, and Civil Defense during inspections and follow-up actions.
  • Liaised with landlords on building matters, joint promotions, and events.
  • Marketed food stalls to tenants and ensured prompt rental collection from tenants.
  • Managed lease renewal agreements, negotiated terms, and followed up with stall tenants.
  • Sourced qualified tenants and food types to fill vacant stalls, ensuring all stalls were occupied.
  • Proposed activities based on market needs.
  • Took immediate and appropriate actions for debt recovery (e.g., stall rental) to minimize credit losses.
  • Handled daily sales settlements.
  • Collaborated with Business Development and Project teams to identify potential new business opportunities, sites, and oversee the build and renovation processes.
  • Ensured the financial and operational performance of designated food courts and coffee shops.
  • Worked with senior management and the financial team on outlet budgets.
  • Established overall business plans and provided regular performance, sales, and financial budget reports to senior management.
  • Provided solutions to improve the bottom line and outlet P&L.
  • Maintained and improved established quality and service standards.
  • Developed employees by providing ongoing feedback and establishing performance expectations.
  • Conducted regular checks on hygiene, service standards, and product quality, providing feedback internally and to stall tenants.
  • Ensured stall selling prices were in accordance with agreements.
  • Assessed and evaluated stall tenant performance.
  • Supervised and guided stall tenants and cleaning contractors to achieve high service quality and housekeeping excellence.
  • Conducted weekly and monthly outlet meetings.
  • Ensured M&E works were completed according to schedule.

Administration

  • Reviewed staff performance and provided recommendations on staff confirmation, promotion, and training to enhance work performance.
  • Handled disciplinary issues, grievances, disputes, and team tensions.
  • Managed termination procedures according to company guidelines.
  • Communicated company policies and procedures effectively to team members and stall tenants.
  • Accountable for outlet float money, petty cash, and daily sales collection.
  • Ensured stall tenants’ daily sales were accurately received and banked.
  • Submitted timely outlet reports.
  • Prepared and submitted monthly reports to Senior Management.
  • Ensured proper cost control on all expenses according to budget.
  • Took necessary actions against stall tenants and contractors for service, housekeeping, and agreement non-conformance.
  • Performed any other assigned tasks.

Job Requirement :

  • With passion in working F&B industry and its operational processes.
  • Diploma in F&B, supply chain or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Foodcourt operation
  • Ability to foster positive working relationships
  • Strong leadership quality with excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Basic computer literacy including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Must possess Class 3 license
