· Receive and handle member’s enquiries and daily interaction with members at the Social & Recreation Foyer.
· Booking of Fitness Room, Tennis Court and Mini Putt course.
· Billing of facilities booking.
· Ensure that billing of all classes is done in timely basis.
· Distribution of Gym towel and swimming towel.
· Check and inform Housekeeping on the cleanliness of all S&R facilities:
- Mini Putt Course
- Swimming Pool
- Gym
- Male and Female Changing Room
- Recreation and D’Fit Studio
- Pavilion 1 and 2 (Pine Valley and Cypress Point)
· Report and record on Gym equipment condition.
· Co-ordinate maintenance schedule with Gym equipment vendor to ensure quality service rendered and keep disturbance to members minimised.
· Ensure that both changing room and showers amenities inventories are sufficient.
· Ensure that all sport equipment (padel racket, tennis racket & putters) are accounted for.
· Ensure that all padel tennis ball stock are recorded.
· Ensure that members and guests adhere to the Club’s by-law and Rules & Regulations of each Social & Recreation facilities.
· Record and reconcile daily sales & movement report to Social & Recreation Manager.
· Assist in the execution of S&R events (Fun-shop etc)
· Any other duty as assigned by the Social & Recreation Manager.
· Report directly to Social & Recreation Manager.
