Responsibilities:
- Assist reception colleague with greeting and welcoming of guests, serve refreshment, attend to guests and relay information to therapists.
- Responsible to maintain the steam bath equipment, and perform ancillary operations during procedures in the steam bath room.
- Ensure the steam bath equipment is in working order.
- Regular cleaning and tidying of the steam bath area.
- Handle and manage customer satisfaction.
- Escort guests to treatment rooms and maintain and restock amenities like soap and lotion.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, receiving, storing neatly all linen – keeping them well folded.
- Perform and responsible for general housekeeping to ensure cleanliness of the entire clinics.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Possess an enthusiastic, friendly and outgoing personality.
· Previous experience in a spa environment or similar customer service field is desirable.
- Training will be provided.
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
- Singaporeans / SPR preferred.
