Our client is a well-established brand in the Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry who is now looking for a passionate and driven Regional Training Manager (Automation and Robotics). ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive regional Academy to improve performance YOY by:
- Analyze, see behind the numbers
- Strategize with HQ Academy how to improve performance
- Find new ATPs in collaboration with sales
- Ensuring high ATP owner satisfaction towards UR
- Work closely with local marketing and sales to boost training numbers
- Onboarding and certifying partners
- Training and certifying ATP trainers
- Responsible for partner performance
- Consistently deliver higher training numbers in collaboration with Global Academy
- Implement new training content and training technologies in region
- Quality assurance - Ensure end-customers are giving world-class level feedback about trainings
- Keep global Academy standards throughout UR and ATP trainings
- Part of a global network of Area managers and trainers
Key Duties / Deliverables
- Improve Academy performance in region
- Successfully onboard new partners
- Train new partners and trainers
- Improve partner performance.
- Increase training numbers in close collaboration with sales and marketing
- Support with development training materials in collaboration with HQ
- Localize training content
- Provide support to Certified Trainers
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or higher in Engineering or related subject
- Business degree an advantage
- Minimum three years’ experience in robotics or automation industry
- Experience in conducting seminars/trainings and excellent interpersonal skills
- Documented practical experience within automation and/or robot programming.
- Experience with technical training and customer visits.
- Knowledge of implementation and facilitation of technical, and/or specialty training
- Strong business acumen that shows they understand the impact on UR sales
- Analytical and data driven
- Understands how people learn most effectively
- Fluent in English
- Excellent at making others learn not “promoting own skills”
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to transfer knowledge. Must have a good understanding of cross-cultural differences and the ability to work within them
