Key Responsibilities
Delivery Management
- Risk management of projects in execution and delivery phases.
- Provide strategic expertise by defining processes to ensure projects meet objectives, budgets, deadlines and quality standards.
- Able to foresee, mitigate and call out risks in projects.
- Integrate ongoing risk management trade-offs with overall profitability.
Resource Management
- Advanced and intricate understanding of both individual and team’s capabilities (competency levels in different hard skills and soft skills) to best fit individuals according to scope and project briefs.
- Able to forecast in advance if de-conflicting and offloading resource workload is needed to meet project timelines.
- Able to integrate with other teams and disciplines effectively.
Business Acumen
- Growth mindset to identify business development opportunities.
- Synthesising research data and turning evidence based research into insights and actions.
- In-depth understanding of industry trends and their impact on client and company’s businesses.
- Monitor profitability and efficiencies of project costs against resource utilisation and is able to provide solutions when required.
Design & Technology
- Lead UI/UX productions and QC the work.
- Cognisant of recent award winning UI/UX works/industry best practices especially relevant to the client industry.
- Develop key relationships with technology to ensure the correct implementation of our work into code.
- Good understanding of building digital and social-leaning SOWs involving UI/UX.
- Provide inspiration and education when it comes to new UI/UX technological advancements and how they can be applied creatively.
Client Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior-level clients and is the day-to-day client contact for discipline-specific issues and challenges.
- Inspire client confidence in the agency, using these relationships to help protect the work and activate new opportunities.
- Understand the strategic, and business context the client is operating in and applying this knowledge to develop effective solutions for the client.
People Management
- Maintain good working relationships with all the relevant parties (suits, creatives, PMs) to ensure smooth workflow, communications and enhance resource management.
- Lead effective cross functional interaction and create a conducive environment/culture for the team and client.
- Work closely with the data, search and innovation teams to drive digital acceleration as a complete solution with clients.
Leadership
- Streamline the Experience Design processes and elevate Experience Design into a strategic as well as an executional discipline.
- Able to take calculated risks and agilely respond to the changing internal landscape.
- High level of curiosity, courage and comfort with building previously undefined solutions.
