about the role:
Our client is rapidly expanding their eCommerce and digital presence across the Asia and Middle East region. To support this strategic business, they are looking for a Digital & eCommerce Operations Executive to join the team.
This regional role will be responsible for supporting the development, execution, management and analysis of eCommerce business and digital marketing for assigned countries and brands. We are looking for someone who has considerable hands-on experience running an eCommerce business (through own Brand Site, marketplaces, retailers) and executing high-touch customer journeys in social and digital media for an established brand. You will be spearheading the Company’s aggressive and strategic shift to eCommerce and digital. Your key role will be:
- Brand management: This role will focus on the development of a set of Brands at a regional level – you will assist Manager on developing Brands’ eCommerce and digital initiatives.
- Regional projects: Support Manager on regional projects execution (new site launches, functionality enhancements, omni-channel) to drive consistent adoption across multiple countries.
- Product launches: Coordinate with global, regional and local teams on preparing product materials information, images, guidelines for brand’s seasonal launch.
- Tracking & reporting: Deliver post-campaign/ new feature enhancement report and evaluate performance and key performance indicators to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Day to Day operations: Responsible for maintenance of eCommerce websites.
- Regional campaigns: Communicate and coordinate with business partners to develop consolidated content plan, promotion plan and digital campaigns.
- Handle ad-hoc duties as required.
skills and experience:
- 2-3 years experience in eCommerce or Digital Marketing gained from a consumer-focused Brand
- Regional work experience would be viewed favorably
- Understanding of eCommerce platforms (Salesforce), analytics tools (GA) and third-party tools that collectively drive our digital-focused KPIs (reach, impression, traffic, conversion, sales).
