Our Client, an MNC with global offices is looking for a Treasury Analyst to join the Treasury Team to optimize the company’s financial operations.
Job Description:
- Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with various departments, including business units and the legal team, to manage bank account administration, maintain bank signatories, and oversee e-banking system administration.
- Ensure Bank Mandate Compliance: Regularly update and ensure that all bank mandates and signers are in line with Treasury policies, conducting frequent audits of bank records against the Treasury Management System and other internal systems.
- Manage Bank Fees and Transactions: Analyze bank fees, ensure their timely payment, identify opportunities for fee reduction, and ensure all transactions are accurately and promptly recorded in the Treasury Management System in accordance with treasury and accounting guidelines.
- Conduct Monthly Audits: Perform monthly audits of bank guarantee and loan databases, including intercompany loans.
- Update Procedures and Support Projects: Revise operational procedures to align with company policies and objectives, and assist in implementing new banking structures and various ad-hoc treasury projects as needed
Requirements:
- Educational Background and Experience: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in Treasury.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Interpersonal and Project Management Skills: Strong skills in building relationships and managing projects.
- Multitasking and Influence: Capability to influence others and manage multiple projects at once.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Effective skills in identifying and solving problems.
- Analytical and Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze information and stay organized.
