JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide Day to Day general adminstrative work
- Handle Driver/customer inquiries promptly(Whatsapp/Wechat)
- Handle order processing
- Generate invoices and take in vendor invoices
- Prepare reports
- Other ad-hoc duties/ tasks when assigned
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Oriented, self motivated and able to work independently
- Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels
- Strong organisational skill, Capable to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in fast paced environment
- Willing to communicate with customers and internal through WhatsApp and WeChat
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
