Job Descriptions:
- Perform a full range of services on the company’s products, including maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, installation, warranty repairs, and other specialized tasks.
- Execute service tasks to the highest standards in accordance with company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Complete service assignments safely and efficiently, aiming to minimize callbacks and warranty expenses.
- Prepare detailed service reports for each service order; for tasks extending beyond one week, submit progress reports weekly.
- Identify and promote additional services, parts, and products during fieldwork; communicate potential opportunities to the service office through reports or direct feedback.
- Supervise subcontractors representing the company to ensure work meets company standards.
- Mentor and train team members to share knowledge and improve overall service capabilities.
- Maintain service vehicle and equipment in excellent condition.
- Develop and sustain customer relationships to foster the growth of the maintenance client base.
- Ensure job site safety at all times, adhering to the company’s safety protocols and standards.
- Perform any other ad-hoc or assigned duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Nitec or Diploma in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the M&E industry, with preference for experience in data centers or mission-critical infrastructures.
- Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting at client sites.
- Service-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Resourceful, dynamic, and highly motivated with strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at various levels.
