Job Description
Handle admin duties
Creation of quotations, invoice, delivery orders as requested by clients, ensure follow-up.
Responsible for liaising with existing customers’ enquiries
Support operations team by handling trade documentation
Handling day to day paperwork and liaising with collaborated department, such as warehouse.
Ensure that all payments to supplies and/or expenses are in accordance with all related supporting document.
Preparing and issuing of invoices for billing purposes
Monitor accounts receivable and liaise with customers on billing and collection.
Inputting invoices from suppliers and processing supplier payments and expenses
Follow up and ensure that supporting document for system in place
Good team player and being productivity, efficiency and proactive
Assist the month-end close process as it relates to lease accounting and work closely with other accounting teams throughout the close process
Update Leave , Attendance and Medical benefits administration, proceed claim if there is any
Update and keep tracking of coaches road tax , insurance , parking , accident claim etc
Office administrative updating and keep tracking like office equipments , stationary , name card , uniforms , groceries etc
Ad hoc management assignment - admin , finance , operation …etc
Skill Requirements:
Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude
Must be able to work independently and be resourceful
Well organized with excellent time management, computer and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office application
Knowledge of MYOB Accounting will be an advantage
Experience in handling basic accounting.
Prefereable for candidate to start work immediately
