Responsible for daily preparation and production of bread & pastry items while maintaining costs and ensuring consistency in the quality of bread & pastry products.
Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items following standards and sanitation/health regulations.
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in the workplace area
Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements: At least 3 years experience in Baker / Pastry CDP.
Experienced in the production routine
Having good knowledge of Bread & Pastry, and holding a Certificate in Pastry & Bakery or equivalent are preferable.
Communicative and flexible in work arrangements
Able to work with a team and independently
Flexible to work over weekends and public holidays if needed
Able to work in a Chinese or Japanese speaking environment
Required to work early morning or midnight
