Job Description:
- Maintain and review daily financial records to ensure compliance with accounting and tax laws.
- Record transactions, payments and expenses and processing invoices.
- Manage all payment related matters (including overdue payments) and ensure all are paid promptly and match up correctly.
- Manage business accounts and preparing financial statements for management reporting (e.g. Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects / tasks as assigned.
- Cross-functional support on adhoc reports and / or accounting matters.
Requirements:
- Professional qualifications, Diploma and/or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in handling full set of accounts, experience in F&B retail preferred.
- Experience with accounting XERO software is a plus.
