- Plan, lead and manage the business development of Singapore office
- Evaluate and recommend key investments in equipment, infrastructure and talent.
- Set up annual budget and ensure that revenue and cost budgets are properly administered and followed
- Develop high quality business strategies and plans, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. Lead the development and implementation of the overall organisation’s strategies
- Formulate, implement and direct the organisation’s operational, fiscal functions and performance
- Act as a strategic partner by overseeing the complete operations and business activities of the organisation in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans and programs; and ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
- Act as a strategic advisor and consultant offering expert advice on contracts, negotiations or business deals that the company may enter into
- Evaluate organisation’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operation efficiencies
- Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement to develop a high performing managerial team
