Job Descriptions:
1. Accounts Management
• Handling full set of accounts for multiple companies
• Performing thorough bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reports
2. Reporting and Analysis
• Performing monthly and yearly financial reports of the Company including but not limited to P&L Statement, Balance Sheet, GST submission, Summaries of Accounts and etc.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision making
3. Cash Flow Management
• Manage and optimize cash flow to meet operational needs
• Overseeing payment transactions and updates
• Ensuring timely and accurate processing of payment
• Monitor banking activities and ensure adequate liquidity
4. Budgeting and Forecasting
• Prepare budgets and financial forecast quarterly and annually
• Monitor budget performance, analyze variances and recommend adjustments
5. Collaboration and Support
• Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Sales, Administration and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive financial strategy.
• Liaising with external bankers, tax agents and vendors
• Assisting in CRM progress
Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as a team work
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to communicate in both English and Chinese (in order to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates)
