- Perform casework and provide psychosocial support to patients, caregivers and families.
- Oversee and evaluate efficacy of welfare programmes and develop new initiatives.
- Handle patient admission and conduct assessment for financial assistance.
- Promote programs and facilitate group work to target groups of clients.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work with SASW Accredited.
- At least 2 years of social work experience.
- Passionate and able to give holistic social care.
