Role Overview

Miredo Asia is looking for an exceptional Sales & Business Development executive who is laser focused, results-oriented and great at seeking out and engaging with customers. You’ll play an extremely crucial role in the company as the main point of contact with prospects or potential customers and taking these leads through the entire process from inquiry to purchase and aftercare.

Job Description

  • Build client lists and identify key contacts
  • Actively respond to inbound email, message inquiries
  • Follow up on leads in timely manner and maintain an active pipeline of customers
  • Handle all client enquiries pre and post-purchase to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Assist in refining the company’s sales & business development strategy and processes including quotations
  • Develop leads & sales pipelines through partners & new developments
  • Provide on-site client support as necessary
  • Handle other sales-related administrative & operational duties.

Day to Day:

  • Respond to inquiries/leads via messaging, email & phone calls
  • Find out customer needs/pain points and promote/upsell relevant products
  • File and track inquiries/leads/projects in CRM system
  • Arrange/schedule surveys/site visits for leads/prospective customers
  • Update sales & survey calendars
  • Create & send quotations and follow up with customers for feedback
  • Remind customers for payments including deposits & final payments
  • Check stock & installer availability and arrange/schedule installations for customers
  • Assist with ordering/restocking, optimising cutting plan to minimise wastage, cutting film as/when needed
  • Send/communicate all relevant customer/job/project information to installers and supervise if possible/needed
  • After sales follow up with customers for feedback, reviews & referrals

Requirements

  • Work experience:
    • 3+ years of sales and/or business development experience preferred
  • Minimum no less than 2 years of full-time sales experience or 1 year of sales and 1 year of BD
  • Skills needed:
    • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills
    • Experience in outbound sales and/or client acquisition
    • Strong management and communication skills
    • Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales
  • Languages:
    • Fluency in English is a must
    • Mandarin, Bahasa, Japanese are bonuses

Compensation package includes generous commission rates - the sky’s the limit :)
