Customer Service Executive (Order Processing), 1 year contract

Job description:
- Responsible to ensure effective and accurate processing/releasing all sales orders to enter timely in system and orders to meet delivery as per First Confirmation Date given by customers
- Perform order validations with high level of accuracy and consistent with the terms and conditions on customer’s purchase orders.
- Act as an intermediary between customer and multiple departments including sales, procurement, planning, quality control, regulatory, production and warehouse/logistics department on handling complaints, customer master information record (CMIR), credit block issues, shipping discrepancies, reverse logistics/returns.
- Prioritization and tracking of customer’s orders in system, review and escalation risk and opportunities to the supply planning team during the Monthly S&OP and ASF meetings
- Ensure on-time delivery, customer complaint and high service level fulfilment
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in order fulfillment.
- Experience as order fulfilment customer service in Transportation, Manufacturing or Logistics industry
- Familiar with SAP system
