- Process customer orders in line with established procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
- Handle post-sale issues, such as damaged goods and packaging.
- Independently determine suitable handling methods according to existing procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of supply chain experience, especially Customer Order Management.
- Proficient in S4 HANA.
- Knowledge of ATP (Available to Promise) logic.
- Understanding of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) fallout.
- Order Management, On-time Fulfillment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical and judgment skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
