- Opportunity Nature: Contractual Employment (Renewable)
- Working Location: Healthcare (Hospital) Organization (Supporting End-Users)
- Working Days: 5 Rotating Working Days/week (including Weekends and Public Holidays)
- Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM/ 2 PM – 11 PM/ 11 PM – 8 AM [Cannot choose; Shifts will be rotating among team members on weekly basis]

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshooting for IT related issues (L1, mostly) for followings:
- Windows, Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Emails (including Outlook), MS 365, etc.
- Network connectivity issues (including WIFI & LAN)
- Other relevant duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Required to have minimum 6 months – 1 year (can consider internship experiences) of relevant IT Desktop Support (L1 or higher) working experiences
- Willing to take 2 vaccines [Measles (MMR) & Diphtheria (DTaP & Tdap)], if you have not taken them before within recent 10 years (can claim back the fees).
