* Holds Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education
* Holds at least Diploma or higher level qualifications in Preschool Education.
* Develop age appropriate Curriculum for the preschooler.
* Has at least 5 years of experience as Principal in Mentoring and guiding new teachers in lesson plan according to the centre curriculum.
* passionate in nurturing and educating the young children.
* has good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must have at least 12 years of working experience in Preschool industry as Curricululm Specialist
* Singaporean only
