We are looking for a Consultant/ Senior Consultant to be part of a team who provides consultancy services for Public Service organisations.
Job Responsibilities:
· Advise clients to design and implement organisational-level interventions on change management, transformation, organisation development, employee engagement, and leadership team development.
· Conceptualise, design and facilitate interventions (e.g. diagnostics, discussions, learning experiences) for leadership teams, intact teams, and organisations.
· Develop strong relationships with practitioners and leaders to be their trusted partner.
· Be responsible for client relationship management and project management.
· Synthesise and codify learning from consultancy experiences and practice research to share insights and progressive practices via capability building initiatives.
· Be plugged into the changing needs and priorities of the Public Service to provide thoughtful perspectives to facilitate the design of interventions to build high performing and healthy organisations.
Job Requirements:
· Possess at least 3 to 5 years working experience in organisation-level initiatives on change, employee engagement, and organisation development.
· Experience in the Public Service and in organisation consulting firms would be an advantage.
· Demonstrate comfort and confidence working with senior leaders and a broad range of stakeholder groups.
· Familiarity with knowledge, frameworks and tools on change and transformation, organisation development, systems dynamics, and group dynamics.
· High self-awareness and situational awareness, with a strong learning orientation.
· Strong sense of initiative and drive for excellence.
· Excellent organisation skills, meticulous and ability to multi-task.
· Good analytical, conceptual, and communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively internally and externally.
